Used as a liner or a base under composite resin or amalgam restorations, GC Fuji Lining LC Paste Pak is the first light-cured glass ionomer lining material available in a paste-paste formula. It has a high-compressive strength, minimal polymerization shrinkage and extremely low solubility. Fuji Lining LC Paste Pak minimizes sensitivity and provides long-term fluoride release. It bonds well to tooth structure and composite, makes an ideal dentin substitute, and flexes and absorbs the stresses caused by the polymerization shrinkage, thermal expansion, and contraction of composite materials.
The new Paste Pak Dispenser saves time and reduces waste. It delivers consistent mixes every time - no matter how large or small a mix required. Simply adjust the dispenser's metering slide, and dispense the exact amount of Fuji Lining LC Material you need, with the exact mixing ratio for optimized physical properties.

Paste-Paste Formulation
- No time spent measuring or mixing powders or eyeballing liquid drop sizes.
- Mixes to a perfect lining consistency in 10 seconds. Easy to recognize homogenous mix.
- Excellent handling characteristics. Does not "slump" when used as a liner.
- Spreads easily to level floor or wall of prepared cavity.
Paste Pak Dispenser
- Produces ideal lining consistency every time.
- Dispenses the exact mixing ratio no matter how little or how much material dispensed.
- Metering slide enables the user to control the volume of material dispensed to reduce waste.
- Prevents incorporating bubbles into the mix (like when mixing a powder liquid).
Outstanding Ionic Bond
- Very High compressive bond strength, tensile bond strength and diametral tensile strength.
- Assures strong bond to tooth structure, composite resin and metal.
- Reduces likelihood of marginal fractures and optimizes marginal seal.
- Tooth-like coefficient of thermal expansion maintains marginal integrity.
- Low modulus of elasticity enables material to flex and absorb stresses.
- Minimizes pre- and post-operative sensitivity and acts as a thermal insulator.
Sustained, Rechargeable Fluoride Release
- Prevents secondary carries. Reduces risk of decay at margins.
- Fluoride release is recharged when the patient uses a fluoridated rinse or dentifrice.
Low-Film Thickness
- Less likely to fail from occlusal or masticatory forces, especially in shallow restorations.
Allows material to be spread easily without being runny.
Low Solubility
- Minimizes chance of washout, less chance for micro-leakage.
Radiopaque
- Radiopacity similar to dentin. Facilitates oral diagnosis.
Biocompatible
- Not irritating to tooth structure, soft tissue, or pulp
